Within the first part an introduction regarding principles and foundations of UV-technology was given by a member of PURION GmbH. Afterwards a UV-system was installed together with the delegation. The possibility of operation with solar power was demonstrated. Altogether the participants of the workshop were sensitised regarding possibilities of UV-technology within the field of water treatment.

Last but not least a UV test facility was donated by the PURION GmbH
