Monitoring option PURION DUAL OPD Professional

Integrated management with one electronic control cabinet. With monitoring of the UVC intensity (Operating Power Detection – OPD) and a well engeneered safety mechanisms.1

With the version DUAL OPD Professional of the product family PURION DUAL it is possible to operate one or both plant.

The second UV plant in flow direction can be additionally switched on (priority circuit). For both plants a monitoring of the UVC intensity is integrated (OPD 2).

If only the first UV plant (in flow direction) is operated the second UV plant will be immediately and automatically switched on if there is an error or too less UVC intensity within the first UV plant.

With this backup mechanisms in case of operated one UV plant, a very high degree of safety is ensured.2

The control system is realized integrated in one electronic control cabinet.

Power supply is carried out with 110 - 240 V 50/60 Hz. For the UV plant PURION 1000 Dual power supply can also be carried out with 12 V DC.

The version DUAL OPD Professional enables a well-engineered protection to ensure the guaranteed
disinfection power.

1 Signaling of the operation status – no monitoring if the guaranteed disinfection power is ensured over lifetime.
2 If both plants are operated, display of the disinfection power is done via the signal lights of the OPD 2.
