Legionella within drinking water

Liability of lessors in case of Legionella within tap water has been confirmed again by the German high court.

Since 2011 lessors are responsible for testing their warm water device for Legionella frequently. Already before 2011 there had been responsibility of the lessors regarding safe operation.
